They are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon its excellent relationships with all existing and future clients. The role will be overseeing a key mixed portfolio with a focus on retail and made up mainly of high net worth investors.
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:
- Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Financial management including budgets and monitoring arrears
- Tenancy schedules and market rent reviews
You will have attained your WA sales registration and have experience within Commercial property management, ideally with experience overseeing a retail portfolio. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation, valuing ability, and critical thinking skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
