About The Role
You will be responsible for managing a well loved portfolio of approximately 80 properties, geographical located throughout the western suburbs, North of the river and inner city areas.
Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Department and with the support of a Leasing and Inspection Consultant, outsourced ingoing's, allowing you time to super service your portfolio of clients.
This is a fast paced environment that will require you to deliver high level of customer service.
Duties will include;
- Final bonds
- Tenant sign-up
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors via phone and email
- Managing rental arrears
- Preparation of contracts (MA's and lease renewals)

Must haves
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Valid WA drivers license
- Minimum of two years end to end portfolio management experience
