Senior Property Manager

About this opportunity

Our client is seeking a positive, capable & experienced Senior Property Manager, whom is confident in all aspects of property management to join this first-class team located north of the river.  Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and there is an abundance of support and flexibility for the right candidate. The majority of this role will be office-based, with experienced Assistants responsible for leasing, routines, final bonds and ingoing PCRs.  

Your duties will include;

• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors to build rapport
• Arranging and managing all maintenance promptly
• Overseeing rental arrears daily and ensuring they're kept to a minimum
• Bond lodgements and disposals
• There is no BDM or Trust Accounting required

Ideal Candidate

A minimum of 2 years confidently managing your own portfolio end to end, personable and most importantly customer focused to come in line with this highly regarded Agency.
  
A history of exceeding customer experiences, a team player and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA driver's license to be considered for this opportunity.
