Senior Property Manager

Our high-end Corporate client is well regarded within the Perth property market, well known for their landmark developments across some of Perth’s finest locations.  Supporting their core business are several premium professional services, including property management.  

About this opportunity

Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Property Management professional,  someone who is ready to take the control of their own portfolio.  Reporting directly to an incredible Head of Department and surrounded by a highly trained and experienced team - the level of support in this office is second to none.  

This portfolio is made up of some of Perth's most desirable properties, in the most desirable locations.

Responsibilities of this role will include;

• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
• Providing guidance/direction to Assistants, Leasing and Inspections team
• Final Bond Inspections
• Rental Arrears
• Quarterly routine inspections (% of)
• Tenant sign-ups

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dynamic go-getter, with at least two years experience managing their own portfolio, experienced in a fast paced environment and who is highly competent and confident with all Property Management functions.  

High level communication skills as well as being super personable will allow you to really shine in this role.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
