This Agency currently consists of a well-established and high performing Sales team and have exciting growth plans for their Property Management department. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced property manager looking for a role fuelled with progression into a Team Leader position. 

The Role

• Manage a rent roll of properties
• Administration support provided
• NO routine inspections
• NO Saturday leasing
• NO Trust Accounting
• $60,000 - $70,000 + Super
• Focus on owner and tenant relationships
• Support and lead your property management team

The Person

• Minimum 2-5 years property management experience
• Desire to progress in career
• Strong team player that shows excellent leadership skills
• High level verbal & written communication
• Experience with PropertyMe will be highly regarded
• Current Real estate Certificate and driver’s license
