We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take on a well managed portfolio of only 150 properties with no Leasing plus VA support. They are all new and beautiful properties to manage and all based within 5km radius to the office.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Ideally 3 years Property Management experience
- Highest level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and work proactively
- Outgoing & customer service focused
- QLD Certificate of Registration, QLD drivers licence & reliable vehicle
- Confident ability with end to end process in Property Management
- Professional personal presentation
