The role:
- Portfolio management and full autonomy
- Using systems such as PropertyMe & Inspection Manager
- Work from home every Monday
- Full Leasing and routine inspection support
- VA to support all administration tasks
- Work with internal agents on sales within your portfolio or new business opportunities with the growth team and earn a generous bonus
- KPI bonuses payable
- Allowances payable
The successful Candidate:
- Will have 3-5 years Property Manager exp
- Wants to work autonomously reporting into Director
- Has a can do attitude with strong multitasking skills
- Has solid attention to detail and good knowledge of the Act
- Exemplary customer service skills and great energy
- The ability to run your own show and work efficiently
