About this rare opportunity
Manage a very tidy portfolio of residential properties, with a thorough handover from current Property Manager. There is capacity for this portfolio to grow from new managements coming into the business. However, this role has the opportunity for those who love the Business Development to assist in the growth and learn from one of the best in the industry.
Ingoing PCR's are outsourced and there is a leasing team on hand to manage the entire leasing process, up to sign-up.
Responsibilities will include;
- Meeting and sign-up of all new tenants in your portfolio
- Quarterly routine inspections
- Final bond inspections and process
- All property maintenance
- Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Business development (optional)
Our Dream Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic go-getter with a minimum of three years’ portfolio management experience and great stability throughout their career. A personable, well presented, articulate “CAREER” focused Property Manager that will align well with this high-profile brand.
Whilst important to have a solid understanding of all Property Management functions, this is a relationship focused agency and only the most customer focused will be suitable for this opportunity.
Some experience around Business Development or eagerness and energy to develop this skill further will be advantageous!!
Essentials
- Current WA Property Management or Sales Registration
- Minimum 4+ years portfolio management experience
- Valid WA drivers license
