This well-known and highly respected Independent agency in the Eastern Suburbs has been operating for decades, and whilst boutique in size, they have market leading systems and set-ups to be an employer of choice.
The Role
This is an incredible role where you truly get to “consult” to your landlords on property improvement and income maximisation. With all the Admin and Leasing tasks taken off your plate (by Virtual Assistants and an experienced Leasing Executive) your days will include:
- Managing approx. 200 properties
- Take and address landlord and tenant enquiries
- Renegotiating leases and lease terms
- Undertake periodic property inspections
- Chase arrears over 14 days
- Oversee a the Virtual Assistant tasks – all admin
- Provide sound consultancy to clients
- Problem solving and attend Tribunal where required
The Applicant:
- 3+ years Property Management experience
- Excellent communication skills & presentation
- Certificate of Registration or R/E License
- Car and Driver’s License
