The Role
  
This is a role that will offer you exciting career opportunities within an energetic, passionate and character-filled team.  Our client is seeking a Senior  Property Manager to run their POD!
  
The Role:
  
Working within a highly-motivated team of 10+, you will head up this POD managing circa 300 properties.
  
Duties will include:

• Day to day property management duties (landlord focused tasks)
• Directing work for your junior (tenant-focused tasks)
• Coordinate work for a virtual assistant (re-signs and routine inspections)
• Manage any elevated issues
• Prepare for and attend Tribunal

  
Specific requirements

• 3+ years property management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to direct tasks of a team
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• A car and driver’s license
