Our Client:
Entering the Sydney property market approximately 10 years ago, our client has had an incredible run developing and building high density apartment buildings across the growth corridors of Sydney.
Off the back of that, they have been able to offer their investment purchasers a seamless process to transition their newly purchased apartment across to the in-house property management team.
The Role:
Providing a holistic service to their investors, this Division was created as a way to safeguard a purchaser’s asset, ensure strong returns for them and create clients who feel confident repurchasing through this developer time and time again.
Therefore being a pivotal linchpin in this company’s strategic growth, this role will see you heading up this division and responsible for:
- Day to day portfolio management of 200 - 250 properties with assistance from a dedicated Property Manager
- Direct and oversee Property Manager tasks
- Ensure good upkeep of properties & coordinate maintenance (with onsite Building Managers and defects teams)
- Ensure strong yields for landlords through timely rental reviews and issue increase letters
- Minimise arrears & Attend Tribunal where required
- Grow the portfolio by proactively contacting purchasers and providing rental appraisals
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Division, KPI management of PM staff and reporting to the CEO
Specific requirements:
- Strong property management experience (5+ years)
- Ability to operate unsupervised
- Maturity, incredible customer-focus and understanding of landlord concerns
- Hunger to build a rent-roll and grow a Division around them
- Car, drivers license and current Real Estate Certificate or License
