About this opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager, confident in all aspects of Property Management to join this first class team of Property Managers. Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and support from a hands on Head of Department will be provided.
Portfolio currently sits at around 120 properties, with full end to end duties your responsibilities will include;
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Arranging and managing all maintenance in a timely manner
- Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they are kept to a minimum
- Marketing of vacant properties in accordance with Agency standards
- Home opens and processing of applicants in a timely manner
- Schedule and carryout quarterly inspections
- Bond lodgements and disposals
- Final bond inspection
- Prepare to and represent Owners at tribunal
- There is no BDM or Trust Accounting required
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 3 years confidently managing your own portfolio end to end, personable and most importantly customer centric to fall in-line with this high end Agency.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
Articulate, personable and well presented are all highly desirable traits for this opportunity.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
