Working in a Property Management team of 7 in this prestigious Lower North Shore agency, you will autonomously run a portfolio of circa 200 properties with incredible support.
Day to day you will:
- Manage landlord and tenant communications and requests
- Arrange any repairs and maintenance
- Minimise arrears and conduct reviews / rental increases
- Oversee a shared Associate + support from Leasing Executive
- Prepare for and attend Tribunal when required
Specific requirements:
- Property Management experience a must
- Must be wanting a long term career in PM
- Self-motivated, energetic & well organised
- Customer service oriented & live locally
- Current COR + Car
