The Company
This company is recognised as one of the leading agency’s in the Inner West. Operating out of stylish, modern offices in the heart of the Village shopping strip, this close-knit team of highly skilled sales and property management professionals will make it a joy coming into work each day!
The Duties
- Day to day management of 170 properties (flexible)
- Maintaining properties, including repairs and renovations to maximise rental returns
- Routine inspections and reports
- Minimising arrears
- Rent reviews and increases
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Mediation and Tribunal if required
- Business development if you choose for additional rewards
The Candidate
- Property Management experience – will consider a Property Officer
- Current Certificate of Registration, car and driver’s license
- Great personal presentation + excellent customer Service skills
- Able to operate autonomously
- Experience in REST or Property Me will be highly regarded
- Live reasonably locally in the Inner West
