Senior Property Manager

About this opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic, capable & experienced Senior Property Manager, confident in all aspects of property management to join this first class team.  Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and there is an abundance of support including an experienced Assistant, outsourced ingoing PCR’s, plus leasing team, ensuring clients continue to receive ongoing optimum service without stretching the Property Managers. 

Your duties will include;

• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
• Arranging and managing all maintenance in a timely manner
• Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they're kept to a minimum
• Bond lodgements and disposals
• Final bond inspection (also with assistance)
• There is no BDM or Trust Accounting required

Ideal Candidate

A minimum of 3 years confidently managing your own portfolio end to end, personable and most importantly customer centric to come in-line with this high end Agency.
  
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
