Senior Property Manager

About this opportunity

Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Property Management professional,  someone who likes to take control of their own portfolio.  

This portfolio sits at approximately 150 residential properties and you will be responsible for end to end duties with support from an experienced Assistant Property Manager;

Duties will include;

• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
• Final Bond Inspections
• Rental Arrears
• Quarterly routine inspections
• Tenant sign-ups
• Home opens

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dynamic go-getter, with at least two years experience managing their own portfolio end to end.  

High level communication skills as well as being super personable will allow you to really shine in this role.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
