Working within a small team of your own where you will be required to provide Leadership, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio with all Leasing, Routines, Maintenance & tenant related duties supported.

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE
- Minimum 3 years Property Management portfolio management experience
- QLD Real Estate registration certificate
- Able to prioritise, multi-task and keep organised within demanding times, holding a professional standard of customer service at all times
- High level of personal presentation
- Strong leadership ability
