The Company
Our client is a premium Real Estate Agency in the Eastern Suburbs that manages a wide range of properties - residential, commercial and also student accommodation.
Your Role
Working on a Monday to Friday basis only, you will look after an extremely well-managed residential portfolio, duties including:
- Manage a portfolio of 200 (59 properties are in the 1 building with an onsite manager
- Liaise with landlords & tenants
- Rent reviews & increases
- Organise Repairs & maintenance
- Chase arrears
- Tribunal preparation & attendance when necessary
The Requirements
- Experience in property management (could be stepping up from Property Officer)
- A current Certificate of Registration or RE License
- Living locally in the East (preferred)
- Car and driver’s license
- Exceptional presentation and excellent communication skills
