This boutique agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join their Inner West agency. This role will see you looking after a portfolio of approximately 150 properties and see you uphold their superior customer service to their landlords/ tenants /contractors.
You will be responsible for:
- Take and address enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Manage repairs & maintenance
- Carry out periodic and bond inspections
- Chase arrears and maximise landlord returns
- Oversee a team of two others

The successful candidate:
- Minimum 6- 12 months experience is essential
- Certificate of Registration and vehicle
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written
- Property Tree experience
- Local Inner West knowledge preferred
