Our client is a gorgeous boutique agency with stunning offices on the Lower North Shore. They take great pride in what they do and have a remarkable reputation within the industry.
They are seeking a mature Property Manager to look after an elegant portfolio of just 85 properties – mainly high end properties. This business is growing and will see your portfolio grow but you will be provided with excellent administration and leasing support to assist you.
The Role
They are seeking someone who is experienced and mature someone who will treat this as ‘their division’, so you must be able to work autonomously and really love what you do!
Your Duties will include:
- Managing a small portfolio – approx. 100 (95% apartments)
- Corresponding with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs & maximising returns for owners
- Rental appraisals, increases and relets
- Carrying out routine and bond inspections
- Addressing elevated issues and attending Tribunal when required
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years managing a portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Experienced in Property Tree (preferred)
- Customer and team work focused + ability to work autonomously
- Own vehicle
