The Company
Our client is a well-known Real Estate agency based in the Eastern Suburbs who is looking for a Senior Property Manager to share the management of a well-maintained property portfolio. This is a highly autonomous role, where you will oversee a Leasing Executive –so no Leasing and minus the Accounts!
The Role
- Day to day portfolio management (circa 180 properties)
- Overseeing a Leasing Exec
- Coordinating repairs & maintenance
- Routine and Final Inspections
- Project managing capital works when required
- Minimising arrears
The Candidate
- Property Management experience is a must
- A current Certificate of Registration or License
- Able to operate without supervision
- Impeccable presentation
- Outstanding communication & attitude
- Familiar with the Eastern Suburbs (preferred)
- Car and Driver’s License
