This is a small, stunning building that is located centrally in Brisbane, with approx. 95 residential apartments, 80 which are in the rental pool, stunning common areas including pool, BBQ & entertainment space. Working alongside a highly competent and professional team with a live-in caretaker, this opportunity far exceeds expectations!
There is the option for a 30 hour week rather than full time for the right candidate however full time is definitely fine. Console experience desirable, as well as the ability to work autonomously. A highly attractive pay package is on offer with the ability to earn profit shares on top of your salary.
THE DESIRED CANDIDATE
- Minimum 4 years Property Management experience, onsite experience highly desirable and preferred
- QLD Real Estate registration certificate valid
- Live centrally in Brisbane
- Ability to ensure the complex is well presented
- Friendly and engaging personality when dealing with lot owners & committee members, tenants, Body Corporate representatives & tradespeople
- Strongly team orientated – high level of communication both written and verbal to ensure the operation runs smoothly
