Our Client:

Entering the Sydney property market approximately 10 years ago, our client has had an incredible run in medium - high density developments across Sydney. With a solid reputation, they have delivered several acclaimed apartment projects, and have some exciting upcoming launches that you’ll be proud to market.

The Role:

Working within a team, this role will provide the vision and direction to ensure marketing outcomes and ultimately sales results are achieved

Duties:

• Establish and manage residential off-the-plan marketing initiatives from medium to large scale apartment projects (mainly in the North West of Sydney)
• Plan and deliver all related collateral
• Leverage stories to gain PR and media
• Conceptualise and organise events and networking evenings
• Managing marketing budgets
• Take market feedback from, and collaborate with agencies, consultants and suppliers
• Property market research and analysis
• Support across tactical and strategic corporate branding

About You

• Bachelor degree in Marketing is preferential
• 4+ years’ professional experience in project marketing (Apartments preferred)
• Experience with market analysis, positioning, collateral/content, communications, media, events, etc.
• Experience working across the different residential sales channels, systems and processes
• Proven ability to think and act strategically outside-the-box;
• Strong communicator (written and verbal), collaborator and facilitato
