Our client, an ASX Listed Property Company who own and manage retail and commercial property around Australia, are actively seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and creative individual to join their Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Manager of a major shopping centre located in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to secure a role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment of an established and hugely successful property company.
Reporting into the Centre Manager, you will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of an innovative marketing strategy at the centre level. This role will lead the charge to ensure the marketing plan will support the Centre’s overarching strategy, be customised to the local community, generate consumer and retailer engagement and contribute to Centre’s sales growth all with a focus on the customer. You will have a true consumer and customer-centric vision in seeking ideas and identifying solutions.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Minimum 5 + years’ experience as a shopping centre marketing manager
- Strong digital and social media marketing experience
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-motivator and can work autonomously and in a team environment
- Great at building relationships with tenants, customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail marketing within the shopping centre environment as a MUST. Shopping centre redevelopment, repositioning and stabilisation experience will be highly advantageous as well as community engagement, passion and love for retail property.
