The Company
An established dynamic, progressive and innovative Property Developer with a truly diverse portfolio of projects including residential built form, land subdivisions, commercial and retail. This role will be centrally located in their new state of the art office.
The Role
To support the continued growth of the company, a newly created resource is required for a Senior Development Manager to join the business. Reporting to the Director, you will work across the full development life cycle particularly managing the pipeline of projects.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- A degree in Property, Construction or corresponding discipline
- Extensive full life cycle Property Development experience
- Current or recent experience in Residential, Retail and Commercial development (5-10 years)
- Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation as well as strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Good tenure in previous roles with a desire to stay and grow with a company long term
- Be an ambitious and focused team player that has the ability to lead and grow with the role
