We are searching for somebody to oversee a senior, diverse portfolio of mixed-use large schemes. About the role/company:
- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative Body Corporate company with high core values and provide a highly supportive environment for all employees
- Management of an impeccably run key portfolio - large, more technical schemes with support from a dedicated PA
- Ensure control & maintenance of all aspects of portfolio in accordance with statutory requirements
- Provide high quality service to Owners Corporations & Strata Committee
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
To be considered for this position, you must have the following;
- Minimum 5 years senior experience within Body Corporate Management
- A high level of business acumen
- Recent experience with larger, complex schemes is a must
- Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Focused on building their career within Body Corporate
