Senior Administration Officer/Strata Manager

About the role

We have a unique opportunity for a strata Administrative officer.  We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative officer to commence as soon as possible in our Como office. This position would ideally suit an experienced administrator with a background in fast paced and diverse rolls.

Strata management and Property management experience would be helpful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with strata companies’ owners and committees

Compiling and producing reports

Organising budgets and financials

Preparing agendas and, attending meetings and issuing minutes

Working closely with senior management.

About you

    Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
    Highly driven and results orientated.
    Ability to balance competing demands.
    Advanced computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Exceptional attention to detail
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Immaculate presentation
    Exceptional English common skills, written and spoken.
    Full Australian working rights
