Salesforce Manager

The Company:
 
Our client is at the forefront of innovative, prestigious, high quality developments (predominantly residential) with expanding interests interstate and internationally. They are a privately owned company that possess an extensive pipeline, have an uncompromising drive to create ‘worlds-best’ product with exquisite design, showcased through the highest quality mediums.

Duties:

Working closely with the senior management team, this role is tasked with uncovering and training on the capabilities of the Salesforce CRM, and ensuring that department-wide, the system is being used to the best of its abilities including analytics, segmentation, improved communications and general information capture

  • Undertake a complete audit on the system and processes currently in place
  • Design and project manage any improvements or add-on’s needed, and stay abreast of salesforce.com updates or new releases
  • Carryout regular training with the team on correct usage, changes that have been implemented and drive engagement with the product
  • Working with marketing to input a nurture program with the aim to convert enquiries in to purchasers
  • Analyse and dissect data to support business intelligence

Questions you could be called to answer on a day to day basis include:

  • Where are our enquiries coming from?
  • What demographic is our largest purchasing target?
  • How many calls have the sales team made this week?
  • What are our current conversion rates from walk-in’s to sales?
  • What is our % of repeat purchasers?

Specific requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar tasks with Salesforce
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred
  • Self-motivated with a genuine love of systems improvement and data analysis
  • Strong customer service skills and a focused approach to work
