A great opportunity is available for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Your enthusiasm, professionalism and ability to perform independently will be of high importance in this role. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, and someone who has a passion for customer service and achieving results in Real Estate sales. Your ability to succeed in a sales environment is essential.
The Role includes but not limited to:-
Responsible for listing and selling properties in an allocated farming area.
Build and manage your presence in the local area
Perform home opens as and when required
Sell existing listed properties
Follow up on leads provided
Attend Sales Training and meeting consistently
Providing high level customer service to all Clients
Marketing and promotion
Handling all sales processes from initial appraisal, through to settlement
To be considered:
Ideally have a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Sales
A current WA Real Estate Sales Representative Registration
Self-motivated and are able to work in a team environment
Immaculate professional presentation
Exceptional customer service skills
Team orientated with great interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for Real Estate
Current Driver's License & a reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
