About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Agent to support our clients in Broome and surrounding areas on a full-time basis.
You will need to have a current Agents Representative Certificate, or be willing to complete one, have professional presentation and a demonstrated employment history in Sales related roles. You will be trained and mentored ensuring that you get the best start to your Real Estate career.
This position is not for everyone. The hours are long and requires a long term commitment to the role, however, the rewards are high and you will be receive a generous salary package and very attractive commission structure.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Appraising and Listing properties for sale
- Negotiating property sales
- Prospecting for new business
- Developing and maintaining a strong contact database
- Regular training and ongoing professional development
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Real Estate sales role
- Experienced with prospecting new business
- Good computer skills
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Have a positive manner, be highly motivated
- Personable, and able to quickly build rapport
- A genuine interest and/or experience in housing
