THE ROLE
- Sales Assistant/Personal Assistant to a selling Principal
- Marketing supporting to team
- Day to day diary management and appointments for the team
- Database management
- Client care including vendor reports
- Buyer management and follow up
- Scheduling and conducting open for inspections
- Organise property photoshoots, staging, maintenance, and preparation for listing
- Property and personal branding marketing
- Bonus structure offered per quarter
THE OFFICE / PRINCIPAL

- In demand agent with proven results based on her expert negotiating and marketing strategies
ABOUT YOU
- Extremely organised and self motivated
- Ability to priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress as part of this high performing team
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate as a Sales Administrator or Marketing Administrator
- Must have drivers license and reliable car
