This is an exciting, all-encompassing chance for a skilled real estate Sales Manager to take the reins and coach these teams to better heights.
THE ROLE
With the support of an outstanding brand, strong management team and market-leading systems your focus will be
- Working with 45+ real estate professionals from Rookies / Associates to Senior Sales Execs
- Direct agent management including setting KPI’s, weekly and monthly monitoring and supporting with dialogue to nurse deals across the line
- Recruitment and induction of top performers into an inspirational culture
- Staying abreast of market movements to drive expansion of the network and grow market share
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify areas that require focus and develop a plan / execute
- Ensure legislative compliance and upholding the networks service standards
- Conducting sales meetings and developing training programs
WHAT YOU NEED
To gain credibility with these agents, it’s preferable that you have a real estate sales agent background and have ‘been in their shoes’.
You will also have a demonstrated ability to inspire and grow the GCI of agents, work with a range of personalities (and skill levels) and improve businesses.
A finely-tuned business acumen, strength of character, passion, integrity and a desire for excellence without an ego is a must!
