Sick of the same old real estate brands? Feeling stale with everyone talking about lack of listings, increased competition, elections, budgets or any other excuses for lackluster results? Well not our client. Their marketplace is booming and they are growing exponentially as a result. Not your average real estate agency, they are born off the back of a phenomenally successful project sales firm selling up to 1000 homes a year.
THE ROLE
With up to 30% of what the company sells on the projects side, selling within 1 year of settlement, this role will establish and grow the Residential Sales Division. Working closely with the Director you will be responsible for:
- Sales Team – designing the most profitable structure, recruiting and inducting
- Sales Results – defining and ensuring achievement of KPI’s, creating prospecting plans, training, coaching and mentoring
- Financial - Assuming financial responsibility across the team, including the management of monthly sales targets and budgets
- Compliance - Ensuring legislative compliance and upholding the company’s brand integrity
- Systemisation – contribute to evaluation and implementation of operating systems and procedures
- Group Growth - Staying abreast of market movements to drive expansion of the business and grow market share, as well as opening a further 1 – 4 offices (one already planned for October)
WHAT YOU NEED
Coming from a Real Estate background (minimum 5 years), you will be an inspirational sales leader with previous experience managing a real estate or property-focused sales team. You will also have a demonstrated ability to inspire a team, work with a range of personalities (and skill levels) and improve performance. Preference will be given to those with a Real Estate License, Auction accreditation and those with business building skills.
While it is preferred that you have an good knowledge of the North West, and / or South West regions of Sydney, the traits that are of paramount importance are ability to recruit, strength of character, passion, integrity and a desire for excellence.
