Sales & Leasing Executive

Focusing south of the river, this rewarding position reports into a Director and offers the unique opportunity to manage listings across both sales and leasing. From a healthy management portfolio of leads and existing listings on commencement, you will have one-on-one training where required and immediate opportunity to earn. Additional duties include:

  • Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
  • Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers
  • Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

You will have already attained your WA sales registration and have experience in either a commercial sales and leasing capacity. Demonstrating an analytical approach to sales you have the strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation and critical thinking skills, you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car. Parking is included in the package.
