Our client is an exciting Australian Fintech company, that allows investment property owners to access future investment income as cash! This can be used for anything such as property renovations, to help fund another property investment, cover expenses when cash-strapped or even a holiday or a brand new car!
The Role
Seeking a highly driven and engaging Business Development Executive, who will help this business attend to enquiry and assist residential property investors navigate the best options. It is a B2C role where your days will include:
- Calling warm leads (already sourced for you)
- Engaging, educating and inspiring investors who call in to enquire about the service
- Qualifying leads & finalising the deal
- Following up regularly and re-engaging via call and email
- Sales reports to management
About You:
We’re not looking for someone with years and years’ of experience, we’re looking for someone smart & curious, open to learning and who loves high-energy start-up environments! Also:
- Personable with strong communication skills
- Sales background in one of the following: property finance, mortgage broking, insurance, lending, buy-now / pay-later space or software / tech
- Ability to simplify complicated financial data and terms, and guide through options
- Hubspot, Salesforce or CRM/data entry experience is preferred but not essential
