Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have a daily impact on key account service and satisfaction, B2C inbound sales and an involvement in the delivery of the overarching Sales & Marketing strategy.
Benefits:
- Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (dependant on experience) + commission elements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships
- Manage inbound calls and identify sales leads
- Maintain data base records of all enquiries
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions
- Develop new channels of revenue generation including cross-promotional opportunities and event management
- Respond to all Customer queries and requests
- Website content management
- Preparation of performance reports on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and report on individual sales results on a monthly basis
The candidate:
- Previous experience working in sales and account management (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Excellent customer service, problem solving & negotiation skills
- Experiencing in liaising with marketing teams and idea development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The drive for continuous improvement
- Competency in written and verbal communication to a professional standard
- Ability to multi-task across different systems
- Strong team player and the ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
