THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a dynamic sales consultant to join their tight-knit team – integrity and hard work is everything to them and because of this that sees them receive ongoing business!
With the support of a well-known brand, market-leading systems and an incredibly buoyant marketplace, your focus will be:
- Daily prospecting calls, networking and database building
- Tracking expired listings and market analysis
- Undertaking property appraisals
- Signing up new listings
- Coordinating marketing requirements with the admin team
- Running sales campaigns, negotiating and selling properties
- Working cohesively with the team and attending meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Real Estate Sales experience
- A genuine passion for property sales and people
- Full Real Estate License
- Impeccable presentation + excellent communication skills
- Familiar and networks in the Inner West
- Car and drivers licence
