Your New Role:
Working in a team under this Lead-Agent you will:

• Attend open homes and auctions
• Attend appointments, including signing new properties for sale, with Senior Sales Agent
• Prospect for new business, assist with buyer enquiries and call back open home attendees
• Become an expert on the local market
• Prepare open home packs
• Manage the database of clients and contacts
• Liaise with vendors, solicitors, photographers and marketing coordinators   

Requirements:

• Dedicated and highly determined to succeed
• Must have been in a sales based role previously (any industry)
• Living on the North Shore with great local knowledge
• Active in the community with a network of contacts
• Must have Certificate of Registration
