Working alongside an extremely successful Sales team you will be working with the best of the best.
The company:
Our client is a property group who are iconic in the residential property space with developments across Queensland. They are synonymous with architecturally designed and quality projects.
Day to day your role will include:
- Assisting the Sales Consultants to achieve Sales Targets
- Engaging and qualifying purchasers
- Preparing reports and sales documents
- Assist in advertising and marketing activities
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Manage diaries and appointments
- Database management
- Assisting customers with questions and enquiries
- Updating and distribution of price and stock lists
- Engaging with stakeholders with regards to stock and pricing
- Other tasks as required
The successful candidate:
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Must be able to work Saturday AND Sunday (every 5 weeks rotational weekend off)
- A passion for customer service and a career in Property
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A reliable car and clean drivers licence
- Confidence to manage buyer inquiry
- Ability to negotiate and close offers
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- A confident communicator with impeccable presentation
