The Role:
This is the perfect role for someone to move up in their Real estate career, an opportunity to learn from the best, with an agent who has one of the highest turnover in the area. Learn how to manage a high volume of listings and generate business from open homes. Some of your duties will include:
* Support and learn from lead agent
* Vendor Management
* Prospect for leads
* Campaign management
* Work as part of a team
* Assist with Sales enquiries
* Attend appointments, including listing appointments, with Senior Sales Agent
* Preparing CMA’s
* Liaising with vendors, solicitors, photographers, prospective purchasers and marketing coordinators
* Attend open homes and auctions
Requirements:
* Hungry and determined to succeed
* At least 1 year’s experience in the industry
* Certificate of registration or Real Estate licence
* Local knowledge
* Drivers licence and vehicle
