The Company
Be mentored and work side by side with the Director at this high energy agency! This role will see you grow to be a standalone and successful agent within 2 years of joining this highly busy and reputable agency in the CBD/Eastern suburbs fringe!
Your Role
- Prospect for new listings and nurture pipeline
- Prepare for & attend open homes and auctions
- Manage all buyer enquiries and call back open home attendees
- Become an expert on the local market
- Manage the database of clients and contacts
- Liaise with vendors, solicitors, photographers and the Admin team
The Requirements
- Real Estate experience (Leasing, BDM or Sales preferred)
- CoR, Car & Drivers License
- Dedicated and highly determined to succeed
- Fantastic energy and excellent communication skills
- Polished in presentation
