The Role:
- Assist in prospecting the fully established database and leverage off the agent's current listings and past sales
- Attend market appraisals and listing presentations
- Arrange and attend open for inspections/private inspections including Saturdays
- Assist with full campaign management, including auctions
- Buyer and vendor relationship management
- Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers throughout the sales process
- Some adhoc administration duties
Who are we looking for?
This position requires you to be a self-driven personality, highly organised, well-spoken and immaculately presented.
- Experience within Sales and/or customer service driven roles
- Ability to pick up the phone, negotiate, and follow through
- Proactive nature, someone who takes initiative
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills - ability to build and develop relationships beautifully
- Real Estate Certificate of registration to work within the industry
