The Position:
In the role of Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet customers at the Display Centre or at nominated off-site opportunities
- Maintain, update and prepare sales material
- Update and maintain CRM database
- Assist in qualifying potential customers
- Ensure all lead sheets are completed for each new enquiry and entered into the database
- Provision of continual communication with clients through to settlement and beyond as directed by consultants and/or GM of Sales and Marketing
- Ensure a high level of presentation is maintained in the Display Centre
- Attend sales meetings
- Attend relevant developer and customer events as requested and assist in the co-ordination of these events as requested
- Assist with any promotional activities
- Assist the Sales Professionals to prepare and provide monthly, or as requested, market intelligence on the local market, competitor and builder activity to the GM of Sales and Marketing
- Assist in the marketing activity of the display as requested
The Person:
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:
- Experience in property sales advantageous
- Must work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and two days off during the week and have car to travel
- Strong customer service
- Strong admin focus
- Strong work ethic
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- High attention detail
- Well presented
- Work well under pressure & ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to be self-motivated & work unsupervised
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
