Your New Role
Working as a team with the Principal of this incredible well-known international brand, this role will see you operating within a well-oiled team structure where everyone has their own integral part to play.
Running listings and dealing with buyers, your focus will be:
- Monitor the market keeping track of expired listings
- Prospect for leads and assist with sales enquiries
- Compile CMA’s, Vendor reports and generate buyer match reports
- Database management
- Prepare Saturday and Wednesday open for inspection packs
- Attend appointments (including opens & listing appointments) with senior sales agent
- Liaising with vendors, solicitors, photographers, prospective purchases and marketing coordinators
- OFI call backs
- Lead Generation
Much of what you will be doing will be ‘warm’ work off the back of the Principal’s listings, buyers and inquiries, however this is an incredible opportunity to get a running start in to your own successful career in Real Estate Sales.
