The Role:
- Monday to Saturday
- Working within a team of 3 - no administrative duties
- New business development including prospecting, outbound cold and warm calls, booking appraisals and converting leads
- Appraisal / Listing appointments
- Open for inspections, potential buyer appointments
- Follow up calls, customer care
- Preparation of reports and presenting feedback to vendors
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Sales Associate position within Brisbane/Real Estate
- A strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills and a service to customers that is second to non
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
- Experience with my desktop highly desirable
- Immaculately presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
