Our client is a top performer in their market place, constantly moving from strength to strength – they are seeking a highly professional and experienced Sales Assistant to join them. Local knowledge is imperative; they want someone who wants to be part of the growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Admin support and diary management
- Coordinate advertising and marketing
- Organizing vendor / buyer appointments and inspections
- Call backs and CRM database management
- Market research and helping with enquiries
- Managing exchange paperwork and client gifts
- Occasional Saturday Open Home
- Prospecting calls
The successful candidate:
- COR / RE License
- Experience in real estate as a sales assistant/admin
- Must be Eastern suburbs or Inner West area
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Excellent communications verbal and written
