Your New Role
Working alongside an area specialist who has been selling on the Lower North Shore for 20+ years and is an expert negotiator, you will take the reins of his administration, marketing activities & sales support including more specifically:

• Preparing properties for sale - coordinating stylists & small improvements for clients
• Attending photoshoots & Coordinate advertising  
• Liaising with internal Administration to meet deadlines
• Schedule and attend Open homes
• Diary & Buyer management
• Manage the exchanged to settlement process
• Run marketing initiatives such as social media & newsletters

About You

• You will be passionate about Real Estate & Property
• Strong admin capability
• Experience in social media preferred
• NSW Certificate of registration is a MUST HAVE
• Polished, well-presented and self-motivated
• Car and driver’s license
