Sales and Marketing Manager SA/NT

Centrally located Sales and Marketing Manager SA/NT based in Adelaide CBD. Opportunity to work with a well regarded National Property Company.

Iconic Recruit, with 30+ years of combined property recruitment experience, are exclusive partners with a well regarded national property company. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager SA/NT to join their team, based in Adelaide CBD, and will be responsible for new business growth for this company.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain new business relationships 
  • Identify & develop sales leads using agreed SOP’s.
  • Maintain database records of all enquiries and written information requested and dispatched through the CRM, Quote system and other programs as required.
  • Develop pricing structure and strategies in order to maximise yields and volumes within the car park portfolio.
  • Develop new channels of revenue generation including cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Manage the performance of the Sales Department positions.
  • Develop KPI measurement to maintain an effective sales process within the Sales Department.
  • Monitor and report on sales results on a monthly basis, including the preparation of perm movement, actual to budget measurement, and specific car park performance.
  • Manage and prepare incentive calculations based on new sales each month for yourself and the Account Manager/s.
  • Ensure delivery of Monthly performance reviews as required for specific clients

The Candidate: 

  • Experience in brand marketing at the Marketing Manager level
  • Demonstrated evidence of facilitating clear communication and direction to staff at all levels
  • Good level of time management skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Evidence of experience in managing deadlines
  • Demonstrated competence in situation analysis and decision making
  • An understanding of basic principles of human resource management
  • Experienced in Client interactions at all level
  • Ideally Degree Qualification 
  • The role is a “do-er” not a pure manager who manages other people.
  • They need to be strong on IT systems and managing workflows and Powerforce.
