The Role
This presents an experienced sales agent the opportunity to capitalize on an existing database (previous agent has needed to relocate) and develop a strong foothold for themselves. Day to day you will:
- Prospect through your own contacts and the agencies previous appraisal
- Source listings through expired listings and new developments
- Appraise and list property for sale
- Run all aspects of Private Treaty and Auction campaigns
- Liaise with the Admin team for support
- Manage your database
- Negotiate an close sales
Requirements:
- MUST be an experience Real Estate Sales Executive OR a Sales Associate ready to break out on your own with some support
- Current Certificate of Registration or License
- Local area knowledge preferred
- Driver’s license & vehicle
