Located in the Kincumber/Green Point area this boutique real estate office has been operating for the over 15 years. A truly local agent with a strong approach to customer service, this Selling beautiful multi million dollar waterfront homes through to apartments and villas along with managing a portfolio of investments on behalf of some incredibly loyal clients this boutique group is looking to add another person to the sales team.
 
The role:
 
Working closely with the Principal this traditional sales role will see you work closely with the Principal to list and sell property together in the local area. Not being bound by a major franchise agreement means the geographical area you cover can reach beyond Green Point, Kincumber and the close neighboring suburbs and you won’t be slugged with costly franchise fees coming out of your commissions each month.  

• Prospecting for new listing opportunities through an existing database
• Preparing for and attending appraisals
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Negotiation of sales and settlement terms
• Carry out pest and building and pre-settlement inspections
• Follow up inquiry and buyers post inspections

Experience required:

• Team player that likes to work together with the Principal
• A minimum 12 months sales experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Solid negotiation and relationship management skills
• A current certificate of registration or real estate Licence
• Availability to work Saturday’s (some flexibility for Saturday off)
